Wet hair, lather soap to a foam and wash, then rinse. 

Ingredients: Sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI), Sodium lauryl sulfoacete (SLSa), Dehyquart, Maquat BTMC 80, Cetyl alcohol, Mango butter, Macadamia oil, Peg7 Glyceryl cocoate, Cocamidopropyl betaine, Guarquat c 130 KC, Citric acid, Vegetable Keratine, Euxyl K1001, Ground Lavender bud, Ground Chamomile flowers, Ground Marshmallow root, and ground Flaxseed.
